*The City of Golinda contracts with TES for once-weekly garbage service (Wednesdays) and 2 cleanup days annually. These take place from 10 am - 2 pm in front of the GVFD building on the 2nd Saturday of April and October. This service is free to TES customers, but you must show your TES invoice stub.

At TES we are so thankful for our growth and for each of our customers. We always welcome you to call, text or Facebook with any questions. We offer many services and people often have questions on how to place their container or what can go in it, or questions of how to get rid of something bulky or unusual. We can quote a price for almost any job.

Today, we wanted to remind everyone of a few important guidelines:

We don’t require everything to be bagged, but loose and light trash should be (especially plastic grocery bags and empty feed sacks). There is always wind at the top of the truck, and loose trash has a tendency to blow out and into your yard. THE DRIVERS WILL NOT CHASE LOOSE TRASH.
Bills come due on the first, but a leniency of the whole month is common. Once someone is ended on the route it takes up to 2 days after payment is made to get back on the route. We try to be as efficient as possible but each day’s route goes to their in-truck computer by 3pm the day before.
Containers must be separated from each other and from anything else (mailboxes, fences, ornamental plants, etc.) by at least 4 feet. Lids should open toward the truck, which probably puts the handle back toward your house.
ALWAYS have your trash out by 7AM. Routes are constantly changing and things happen, so don’t get comfortable with a certain pickup time. If your trash is not out on time, we will not come back and get it.
